Terms & Conditions for Online Orders – NAMO Restaurant

1. General Information

1.1. These Terms & Conditions define the rules for placing and processing online food orders through the website www.namorestaurant.pl, operated by:

1.2. By placing an online order, you accept these Terms & Conditions.


2. Placing an Order

2.1. Orders can be placed via our website by selecting items, choosing delivery or pickup, and submitting personal details required for fulfillment.

2.2. To place an order, the user must provide:

  • Name and surname
  • Valid phone number
  • Email address
  • Delivery address (for delivery orders)
  • Any relevant notes for delivery

2.3. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with order details and estimated delivery/pickup time.


3. Prices and Payments

3.1. All prices are shown in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.

3.2. The final price includes the cost of items, packaging, and delivery (if applicable).

3.3. Accepted payment methods:

  • Online payment (card or fast transfer via integrated system)
  • Payment on delivery (cash or card)
  • Payment at pickup (cash or card)

4. Delivery & Pickup

4.1. Delivery is available only within the designated areas listed on our website.

4.2. The estimated delivery time depends on location, traffic, and order volume. We aim to deliver within 60–90 minutes.

4.3. Orders for pickup can be collected at the restaurant during operating hours.


5. Cancellations & Modifications

5.1. Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes after submission, provided preparation has not yet started.

5.2. To cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately at +48 530 000 041.


6. Complaints and Refunds

6.1. If your order is:

  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete
  • Damaged
    Please report the issue within 1 hour of delivery or pickup.

6.3. Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as a voucher, depending on the situation.

6.4. We do not issue refunds based on personal taste preferences.


7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1. Due to the nature of food products and Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract once preparation has begun.


8. Personal Data

8.1. All personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.


9. Final Provisions

9.1. These Terms are subject to Polish law.

9.2. NAMO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms. The latest version is always available on the website.
