At NAMO, we are committed to providing you with high-quality dishes and a seamless online ordering experience. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

1. Order Issues

If you receive:

  • The wrong item
  • An incomplete order
  • An item that is damaged or spoiled

Please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

  • The order is incorrect or missing items
  • The food quality does not meet our standards
  • The delivery was significantly delayed due to our fault

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Personal taste preferences
  • Orders not collected on time (for pick-up)
  • Changes made after the order was prepared

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled up to 10 minutes after placing if preparation has not started.
To cancel, call us immediately at +48 530 000 041.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method (online payments)
  • As a voucher or credit for future orders (upon request)

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
